Allan was born and raised in Angeles City, Philippines. A former amateur kickboxing competitor and former professional triathlete, Allan knows and respects the hard work that's put in by professional fighters. After moving to the United States, he realized that writing a sports column is another good way to patronize his passion for Boxing and MMA when he can no longer compete. Allan works as a full time Senior Software Engineer for one of the banking and casualty firms in Indiana.
