Former Jr middleweight world champion Sergio Mora wants answers. He was supposed to fight current middelweight world champion Kelly Pavlik, but the fight was postponed not once, but twice. Mora tells 8CN that he has a contract that was signed by both himself, and Kelly Pavlik, and that if this fight does not come to fruition, he is fully prepared to take legal action.
Mora, a former Jr middleweight world champion, has not had a fight since September of last 2008 and to say the least he is getting frustrated by the inactivity. A fight against Kelly Pavlik would be the biggest fight of Mora's career. Some reports claimed that Pavlik suffered a staff infection and as a result, the fight vs Mora had to be postponed. Mora tells 8CN that Pavlik's hometown newspaper reported that the staff infection never happened. Mora simply wants this fight, and he wants it sooner rather than later. Check out what else "The Latin Snake" had to say in this exclusive 8CountNews podcast.
