Las Vegas Police Department confirms that famed Boxing trainer Roger Mayweather was arrested yesterday and is being charged with 2 felonies. The first count for coercion force. The second count for battery with strangulation. According to Mr Barry from the Clark County Detention Center Mayweather was released this morning from jail. Roger has a court date set for August 4th. The alleged victim is professional boxer Melissa St.Vil. Melissa was rushed by ambulance to Mountain View Hospital and was treated for her injuries and later released. This is not good news for the Mayweather camp. Roger has been training his nephew Floyd Mayweather Jr. for his upcoming fight against Marquez scheduled for September 19th. There is no comment so far from the Mayweather camp on this.
