August 25th, 2010

Press Release

Memphis, TN - Prize Fight is proud to announce the signing of undefeated welterweight prospect Jesse "The Future" Lubash to an exclusive promotional contract. The Pittsburgh native Lubash 13-0 (8 KO's) has already established himself as on of the top young prospects in the world today and Prize Fight believes that it can position him to fight for a World Title in the future. "Jesse is one of the best kept secrets in boxing. He is already one of the bigger live gate attractions in boxing today as he sells to the masses in Pittsburgh. On top of that he can fight at a world class level in a hot welterweight division", said Lubash's promoter Brian Young of Prize Fight. Lubash, 25, is gifted with power in both hands and is a very skilled defensive fighter as well.

Prize Fight aims to showcase Lubash on November 27th from the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, PA. "I look forward to fighting back at home in Pittsburgh and in front of my fans. I feel like that with the addition of Prize Fight, I have the right team in place to achieve my goals in boxing. The obvious goal is a world title. It would mean everything to me to be able to bring a world title back to Pittsburgh", stated a focused Lubash. Lubash is no stranger to intense competition as he competed as collegiate hockey player at Duquesne University where he is set to graduate with a business degree next semester.

Lubash will join the likes of the #2 world ranked middleweight Fernando Guerrero, world ranked welterweight phenom Shawn Porter, lightweight prospect Ty Barnett, undefeated middleweight Dominic Wade, featherweight Eric Hunter and more.
